When you send an enquiry through our website, we ask for details such as your name, contact information, your child’s first name, and anything you choose to tell us about your needs. We use this only to respond to you and to plan care if you go on to enrol.
If you call, email, or visit, we may keep notes in our normal childcare records — the same way any registered service would.
Our website may store a small preference cookie if you accept analytics (see Cookies below). We do not sell your data.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up — typically up to 12 months unless you become a registered family (in which case retention follows our childcare records policy). You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not proceed.
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold, request correction, ask us to delete information where we no longer need it, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.
You may complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) if you are not satisfied with our response.
